Suppose a willow. Suppose
bent toward reflection:
wind the reminder of artifice
rooted in atmosphere that adheres
by estrangement,
tugged toward itself:
ludic C arched toward
O hooded falcon,
          O compass,
O mirror to complete the project of a face.
